The new Chinese dials are intended for use with potentiometers, which are usually 270 degrees. Almost no one uses variable capacitors these days, so no market for 180 deg. dials. I bought a couple of these; well made. Haven't used one yet but will be great for my small transistor regens and superhets where I tune with a varicap diode and pot. Rich
Not quite sadly, the variable capacitor these are generally fitted to have a 180 degree rotation, so its actually only 3:1 in real terms. They can be cascaded though 2 giving a 18:1.... :-)
Good price, too. MFJ used to sell them but I dont see them on their site any more even though their equipment still uses them.

The Chineese are remanufacturing these. Unfortunatley the scale is over 300 degrees. But it may be of some help. Try this web address:- RV24YN Series Button Linear Digital Knob SB360 RV30YN Potentiometer Switch Knob Hole Diameter 6mm - AliExpress
Yup, 3, I counted it for a 180 , my bad. But still a bit better than not. And it allows me to use a cheap clock hand for the pointer.
