I never built a Crystal Radio when I was a kid although I wanted to. I decided to try my hand at building one. I ordered this coil but I have been working rebuiliding fans for a few years now and I have some Magnet wire. If someone could give me a parts list and here is a link to the coil I bought from Amazon. If its not good it was only 6 bucks shipped so no big deal. Thanks for any guidence. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09LTC2B64?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

Here is a simple circuit. I use a NiZn Ferrite Rod R40C1-200x10mm for High Q Amateur & Crystal Radio Coils (AM SW) from eBay:

The diode is from Amazon.

The output is from the diode and ground. You need an earth ground and an antenna. The coil serves as a pretty good antenna, so you won't need a long length of antenna wire. You do need to use an amplifier to make it easy to set up. These amplifiers are useful:

The speaker in the schematic is, of course, not a speaker. That is where the amplifier connects.
I'll post more later. For now, go to Mike's Electronics parts. https://www.mikeselectronicparts.com/ There is kits you can choose from, and some support. Your best bet is to wind a ferrite rod with Litz wire, and use that and a Polycom capacitor, with a diode. You may not even need an antenna or earth ground for strong stations. You should also use a small amplifier board from Amazon instead of a crystal earpiece, just to make sure it works.
