Some quick notes, to be fleshed out later:
Warnings
Be careful when writing long posts! If you accidentally press the backspace button (outside of the text editing area) then your web browser will navigate to the previous page and your entire post will be lost, without any confirmation warning.
Your comments can be deleted by someone else. Specifically, the original author of a topic has absolute authority to delete the entire topic and all follow-up comments posted on the topic, at any time.
Because the topic author can delete the topic (and all attached discussion) at any time, you should always download and save to your own PC any discussion threads that you want to keep, because they might disappear from the forum at any time. To download the discussion to your PC, use the "Save page" feature from your web browser, and save the page as HTML with images. Printing PDFs from the forum may or may not work; see https://lad90000.wixsite.com/radioelectronics/forum/forum-issues-administration/possibility-to-print-pages.
If you are the topic author, please do not delete topics, because you will also delete everyone else's comments on your topic. This can be inconsiderate and can destroy's other peoples' work. If you want to make changes, please edit (not delete) your original post's contents, without deleting the whole topic.
You can't edit the contents of a chat message (a private message) after it is sent. So be careful when sending private messages or chat messages!
If you have a comment you want to make, and it's worth of being protected, like a final design, make a new post, not a comment. This site has unlimited storage, and a new post is OK. of course you can comment, with whatever info you have, but a new post will protect the content.
